Mr. Moore previously served as a director of the Felton Bank until the merger of Felton Bank and CNB in 2010. Currently, Mr. Moore is the Chairman of the Companys and Banks Compensation Committees and is a member of the Banks Risk Management Committee. Mr. Moore has served as President and CEO of Milford Housing Development Corporationrationration since 2004 and from 2000 to 2003 served as Deputy Director of MHDC. Mr. Moore received a BS degree in Business Management from California Coast University in 1998 and was a licensed Home Inspector since 1994. He received his Associates Degree in Construction Management from Delaware Technical and Community College in 1984
