Mr. Flynn was a director of United Healthcare since January 2017, Alcoa Corporationrationration since November 2016, and of WalMart Stores, Inc. since 2012. He was a director of the International Integrated Reporting Council since September 2015, and he previously served as a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, a member of the World Economic Forums International Business Council, and a founding member of The Prince of Wales International Integrated Reporting Committee. Mr. Flynn graduated from The University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a member of the schools Board of Trustees.
