Throughout his 35year career at Donaldson, a technologydriven global company that manufactures filtration systems designed to remove contaminants from air and liquids, Mr. Cook served in several senior executive positions, and was elected as a director in 2004. Mr. Cook received a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a master of business administration degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
