Forum Energy Management Efficiency

Forum Energy Technologies has Return on Asset of (3.39) % which means that on every $100 spent on asset, it lost $3.39. This is way below average. In the same way, it shows return on shareholders equity (ROE) of (22.48) %, meaning that it generated no profit with money invested by stockholders. Forum Energy management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well the company manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. Return on Investment is likely to drop to -7.78 in 2022. Return on Average Assets is likely to gain to -0.1 in 2022. Total Liabilities is likely to gain to about 540.8 M in 2022. Current Liabilities is likely to gain to about 179.5 M in 2022
The company has 278.93 M in debt with debt to equity (D/E) ratio of 0.85, which is OK given its current industry classification. Forum Energy Technologies has a current ratio of 2.49, demonstrating that it is liquid and is capable to disburse its financial commitments when the payables are due. Debt can assist Forum Energy until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Forum Energy's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Forum Energy Technologies sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Forum to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Forum Energy's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
