Mr. Jian Ding is Independent Director of Baidu, Inc. He has served as company independent director since company initial public offering in August 2005. Mr. Ding is currently a general partner and managing director of GSR Ventures, an early stage venture fund focusing on technology, media and telecom investment in China. Prior to that, Mr. Ding served as a cochairman of the board of directors of AsiaInfoLinkage Inc., a former NASDAQlisted company, from July 2010 to January 2014.
