POET TECHS Management Efficiency

POET TECHS INC has return on total asset (ROA) of (45.88) % which means that it has lost $45.88 on every $100 spent on asset. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows return on equity (ROE) of (96.5) %, meaning that it generated substantial loss on money invested by shareholders. POET TECHS management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well the company manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
The company has accumulated 865.88 K in total debt with debt to equity ratio (D/E) of 0.04, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. POET TECHS INC has a current ratio of 8.07, suggesting that it is liquid and has the ability to pay its financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist POET TECHS until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, POET TECHS's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like POET TECHS INC sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for POET TECHS to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about POET TECHS's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
