He holds a Ph.D. degree from Cornell University an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and a BS degree from the University of Science and Technology of China. He was a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals since 2006. He was a winner of Henry Ford Technology Award from Ford Motor Company in 1999. Dr. Yang joined Flexible Plan Investments Ltd. as Director of Research in July 2008 following a 10year engineering career developing quantitative and analytical methods in the automotive industry. He holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and Accredited Investments Fiduciary from FI360.
