Mr. David S. Taylor is the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Taylor is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Taylor was President and CEO since 2015 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2016. Mr. Taylor joined the Company in 1980 and, since that time, has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in North America, Europe, and Asia in virtually all of the Companys core businesses. Prior to his current role, Mr. Taylor was Group PresidentGlobal Health Grooming from 2013 to 2015, Group PresidentGlobal Home Care from 2007 to 2013, and PresidentGlobal Family Care from 2005 to 2007. He also played a key role in the design of the Companys portfolio optimization strategy. Mr. Taylor served as a Director of TRW Automotive Corporationrationration from 2010 to 2015. With over 38 years of experience in the Company, holding positions of increasing importance across many regions and businesses, Mr. Taylor brings vast International, Marketing, and Consumer IndustryRetail experience to the Board, which, together with his significant Leadership, Strategy, and Risk Management skills and robust knowledge of the Company, enable him to provide valuable insight to and leadership of the Board and the Company.

Taylor joined P&G in 1980. He has helped to build many of P&G core businesses, including Baby Care, Family Care, Hair Care and Home Care. He has led global businesses, and lived and worked in North America, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, Mr. Taylor served as Group President of Global Beauty, Grooming and Health Care. Prior to that, Mr. Taylor was responsible for Family Care and Home Care, both of which delivered consistent doubledigit profit and midsingledigit sales growth under his leadership.
