VERIMATRIX Management Efficiency

VERIMATRIX has return on total asset (ROA) of (1.0) % which means that it has lost $1.0 on every $100 spent on asset. This is way below average. Similarly, it shows return on equity (ROE) of (7.89) %, meaning that it generated substantial loss on money invested by shareholders. VERIMATRIX management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well the company manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
The company has accumulated 38.62 M in total debt with debt to equity ratio (D/E) of 0.27, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. VERIMATRIX has a current ratio of 1.15, suggesting that it may not be capable to disburse its financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist VERIMATRIX until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, VERIMATRIX's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like VERIMATRIX sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for VERIMATRIX to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about VERIMATRIX's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
