She is a distinguished military graduate of the U.S. Army Aviation Officer School. She received a MBA from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Rochelle. She also holds commercial and private pilots licenses in both fixedwing and rotarywing aircraft. Ms. Drakes extensive experience provides the Board with significant operational expertise and an indepth knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry.
